    3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. CanadiansinMX is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or negative outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

    4. FEES AND PAYMENTS

    All fees for our services are outlined at the time of engagement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

    5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanadiansinMX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or website.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
